Those who pay their rent do not have to pay only those on benefits, will not get 100% of their rent paid, if they have one spare room they will get 86% of their rent paid for them, and if they have two or more spare rooms they will receive 75% of their rent paid for them, it does not apply to elderly or disabled people.
